Environmental Research Symposium
February 23 | 1 – 5:30 p.m.
Join the Center for the Environment, its scholars, students, staff and partners to highlight environmental research across the university and beyond. This half-day, interdisciplinary symposium is designed to bring together WashU’s diverse scholarly community to share knowledge, nurture collaborations, and sparking new ideas to help address our deepest environmental challenges.

Re-SPLAM (Reclaimed Wood) Pavilion
December 13, 2025 – February 1, 2026
The Re-SPLAM (Reclaimed wood) Pavilion, designed and built by Sam Fox Students and Faculty in Collaboration with SOM and other industrial partners, is open to the public in Millennium Park. The project is partially supported by the Here and Next Initiative from WashU.
The pavilion will be disassembled on Feb. 1, 2026, so you are free to visit at any time during the holiday season.

The Environmental Research Collaboration Series is a monthly interdisciplinary lunch gathering for WashU faculty and staff. This series builds community among researchers and allows for learning from colleagues while also: highlighting specific projects, sharing tools, and generating ideas for future collaboration.
