School of Medicine Sustainability cohosted event
Learn about sustainable buildings, landscapes, and labs during a tour of WashU’s School of Medicine campus. Discover how the campus is working to reduce the University’s environmental footprint and create a more sustainable world.
The tour will include a walkthrough of campus and a visit to the Piston lab, where scientists will share sustainable practices the lab has implemented for their research.
Location: The tour will start and finish at the Central West End Metrolink Station- at the top of the escalators.

In case of inclement weather, organizers will email registered attendees with any updates, changes, or cancelations as the tour will cover both indoor and outdoor spaces.
The tour is open to all members of the WashU community and the public.
This tour is part of Environmental Research & Creativity Week Feb. 24-28, a series of events hosted by the WashU Center for the Environment and its partners to showcase the interdisciplinary environmental work at the university.
