Hosted by the Center for the Environment, this workshop will feature a few short lightning talks followed by plenty of time to connect and network with refreshments. This will be a fun and casual event!

Lightning talks (5-7 min/each) by researchers across the climate & health spectrum:

  2. Nathan Jacobs, McKelvey School of Engineering: AI, computer vision, and remote sensing approaches to interdisciplinary research
  3. Rachel Penczykowski, Arts & Sciences (Biology and EnSt): Microclimates in vegetated habitats; infrastructure design solutions for ecosystems and public health
