Join us for an evening of close looking, conversation, and collaborative poetry, hosted at 3302 Delmar Blvd under the Everything Under the Sun public art piece.
Offered in two sessions, participants will explore visual elements, sensory experiences, and collective interpretations of the artwork through dialogue and low-stakes creative writing prompts. Facilitated by the Kemper Art Museum, participants will create a short, expressive poem with fellow attendees and share ideas or perspectives inspired by the artwork. Sessions will begin with an opportunity to unwind, enjoy light refreshments, and listen to the summer playlist, created by Josh Levi for the Everything Under the Sun project.
